I will be using it to build dollhouses and dollhouse furniture, and I need a tool that can cut wood up to 3/8″ thick and that can cut in the middle of the wood. I’m not at all familiar with power tools and have no idea what attachments, if any, would be necessary for this type of job.

I currently have a power miter saw and drill. I thought a table saw might be helpfull in cutting large wood pieces. I have looked at nail guns, however the ones I feel comfortable using do not have the capabilities of using large size nails.
